I had a pretty good stay at the resort spa. The rooms were comfortable, though they could benefit from a bit more light. The staff was incredibly friendly and eager to offer suggestions for local activities. However, I found the dining options to be somewhat lacking considering the price. Overall, it's a lovely place, but a few tweaks could elevate the experience.

Rooms
7.0
The rooms were comfortable but rather dark, and it would have been great to have a proper desk and chair for working.
Service
9.0
The staff were super friendly and helpful, providing excellent suggestions for activities and good spots to eat.
Location
10.0
The location was very accessible for exploring downtown, with all locations and shops within walking distance.
Dining
5.0
Dining was at a sister hotel across the road; sadly, it was buffet style and didn’t meet my expectations given the high cost of the stay.
Facilities
7.0
The facilities were nice, but it would be more enjoyable if there were lounging chairs on the deck.

My stay at the hotel was quite enjoyable overall! The rooms had a fresh and modern feel, equipped with some essential amenities. The service was genuinely friendly and attentive. I appreciated the convenient access to downtown and nearby attractions, but the dining could use some improvement. It felt like a good value for what I paid, even though some areas weren't perfect.

Rooms
8.0
The rooms were very modern and clean, complete with a fridge, toaster, microwave, and all the necessary kitchen items. However, I wished there had been a microwave for my coffee and popcorn.
Service
9.0
The staff was wonderful and went out of their way to assist with tour suggestions and local dining options. They maintained a friendly demeanor throughout my stay.
Location
8.0
The hotel location was excellent, very accessible to downtown, and I could easily walk to shops and attractions. I did hear a garbage truck at 7 am that was a bit disruptive, though.
Dining
5.0
Dining was a mixed bag; I had breakfast at the Wildflower Bakery, which was a bit disappointing, especially considering the price of my stay. The buffet style at the sister hotel across the road was better.
Facilities
9.0
The facilities, including the pool and gym, were great and well-kept, contributing to an overall pleasant experience.

I had a pleasant stay in this hotel, which felt really new and clean. The rooms were fantastic, and check-in was a breeze as they had a room ready for us early. However, the dining experience was a bit underwhelming, especially given the price point. The hotel is centrally located, making it easy to explore the area, but the early morning garbage truck was a bit of a nuisance.

Rooms
9.0
The rooms were excellent, with a very good bathroom and shower that exceeded my expectations, especially considering the hotel has only been open for a short while.
Service
9.0
The service was wonderful; the staff checked us in early without any issues and were very friendly and helpful throughout our stay.
Location
8.0
The hotel's location is very central, making it easy to reach everything we wanted to see. However, being near the street meant we were occasionally woken up by the garbage truck at 7 am.
Dining
5.0
Dining was a bit disappointing. The breakfast was buffet-style at the sister hotel across the road but didn’t meet my expectations given the price we paid.
Facilities
8.0
The facilities were great, with access to the pool and gym at the sister hotel, which added to the overall experience.

I had a decent stay at the hotel. The rooms were quite comfortable and well set up for anyone looking to be active during their trip. The staff was very friendly and provided great suggestions for things to do in the area. On the downside, there was no microwave in the room, which would have made enjoying snacks much easier, and I felt like the dining experience didn’t match the overall quality of my stay.

Rooms
8.0
The rooms were very comfortable and perfect for anyone in town for activities, though I missed having a proper working desk and chair, as well as a microwave to heat my coffee.
Service
9.0
The service was excellent; the staff was super friendly and helpful, especially with activity suggestions. However, I found going across the street for the hot tub a bit inconvenient.
Location
10.0
The hotel is in an amazing location, right next to all the restaurants and shops downtown, making it easy to walk anywhere.
Dining
5.0
Dining was a bit disappointing; the options were limited, especially considering the hotel's price point and the buffet style served in the sister hotel across the road.
Facilities

The facilities were nice but could use some improvement; I would have loved to see more comfortable seating outside on the deck to enjoy the fresh air.

I had a pleasant stay at this hotel, enjoying a clean and modern room with all the essential amenities. The location is superb, right next to various shops and eateries, which made exploring a breeze. The service from the staff was genuinely friendly and helpful. However, the dining experience fell short, especially for the price paid, and the lack of a proper work area in the room was a bit inconvenient.

Rooms

The room I stayed in was sleek and modern, equipped with a fridge, toaster, microwave, sink, and a variety of dishes. However, it lacked a proper working desk and chair, which was inconvenient for me during my stay.
Service
9.0
The service from the staff was excellent; they were always friendly and willing to help with any inquiries I had.
Location

The location is fantastic, right in the center of town with numerous restaurants and shops just a stroll away. The convenient bus stop right outside made getting to the mountains super easy.
Dining
5.0
Dining was a letdown as the options at the sister hotel across the street were buffet style, which felt disappointing considering the cost.
